What We Do
We move your freight. We don't make excuses.
FULL TRUCKLOAD
Dry Van · Reefer · Flatbed · Step Deck
A team that already knows your freight, your requirements, and your receivers. Door to door, with no handoffs.
WAREHOUSING
Storage · Distribution · Cross-Dock
Receiving, storage, cross-docking, and distribution out of Jacksonville. Your freight doesn't sit — it moves on your schedule.
EXPEDITED
Dedicated · Team Drivers · Exclusive Use
Time-critical freight with a must-arrive-by date. When your current provider can't get it done, call us.
LTL
Partial Loads · Consolidated Freight
Partial loads with the same team-based service as our full truckload. You don't get deprioritized because the shipment is smaller.
DRAYAGE
Port · Rail · Container
Port and rail container moves, coordinated by people who know your freight.
MANAGED TRANSPORTATION
Supply Chain Oversight · Freight Management
For shippers who need someone running their freight operation — not just covering loads when you call.
Our Jacksonville command center — where your freight is managed 24/7.
Why ArdentX
Why shippers stay with us.
01
TEAM-BASED COVERAGE
You're not assigned a rep. You're assigned a team. When someone is out, the person who picks up already knows your freight, your lanes, and your receivers.
02
INDUSTRY EXPERTISE
We know what a missed delivery window costs you. Retailer scorecards, OTIF penalties, out-of-stocks — we've been managing around these for 20 years.
03
WE DON'T QUIT ON LOADS
When freight gets complicated, a lot of providers give loads back. We don't. Once we commit to moving your shipment, we find a way.

Contact Us About
Built on 20 years of doing the hard work.
ArdentX was founded in 2004 as a family business in Jacksonville, Florida. Two decades later, we still answer the phone at 2am.
Our Approach
We're logistics people, not a technology platform pretending to move freight.
We assign teams to customers, not individuals. Your operations don't get disrupted when someone is out sick, on vacation, or leaves the company. Multiple people know your freight, your delivery requirements, and your preferences — so you never have to re-explain yourself.
We move freight across industries with particular depth in consumer goods, food and beverage, retail, and manufacturing. We understand retailer scorecards, delivery windows, and what happens to your bottom line when freight is late. The freight changes. The service doesn't.
We built our reputation on doing the work other people won't do. The 2am calls. The last-minute shipments. The loads nobody else will touch. That's not a marketing line — it's how we've operated for over 20 years.
Our Principles
What we stand on. Every day.
01
We are customer obsessed.
02
We communicate effectively.
03
We own the day and every decision made throughout.
04
We are always learning.
05
We ask questions.
06
We take the best ideas and leave ego at the door.
07
We do the right thing.
08
We are empathetic.
09
We value feedback.
10
We build trust through transparency. No bullshit.
Team-based coverage means your freight never depends on a single person.
